For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
John 3:16-17

All have sinned and all fall short of the glory of God. For The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 3:23,6:23

For by grace you are saved through faith; and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, Not by works lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8,9

For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:6,8

If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 5:9-10

Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name; that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow... and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.
Romans 13:11

Bible Verses for Today
for Thursday the 20th

Taken from Romans 12:20-21
Therefore If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Taken from Proverbs 3
Do Not Withhold Good from Those to Whom Good is Due
Do not withhold good from those to whom good is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do so. Do not say to your neighbor, "Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it," When you have it with you. Do not devise evil against your neighbor, for he dwells by you for safety's sake.

Taken from Luke 1:37
When You’re in Doubt Remember
For with God nothing will be impossible.

We Shall Know that the Lord is God when He Defends Israel
The Lord Says... I will turn you around and lead you on, bringing you up from the far north, and bring you against the mountains of Israel. Then I will knock the bow out of your left hand, and cause the arrows to fall out of your right hand. You shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops and the peoples who are with you; I will give you to birds of prey of every sort and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. You shall fall on the open field; for I have spoken, says the Lord God. (Ezekiel 39:2-5)

Jesus, name above all names, our chief cornerstone

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. This is the stone which was rejected by the builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

(1st Timothy 1:14-16, Acts 4:11-12)

The seed is the word of God

The seed is the word of God. Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith.

(Luke 8:11, Act 6:7)
