For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
John 3:16-17

All have sinned and all fall short of the glory of God. For The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 3:23,6:23

For by grace you are saved through faith; and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, Not by works lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8,9

For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:6,8

If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 5:9-10

Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name; that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow... and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.
Romans 13:11

Bible Verses for Today
for Thursday the 20th

Taken from James 5:7
Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain.

Taken from Proverbs 13
By Pride Comes Nothing But Strife
By pride comes nothing but strife; but with the well-advised is wisdom. Hope deferred makes the heart sick; but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life. Poverty and shame will come to him who disdains correction; but he who regards a rebuke will be honored.

Taken from Deuteronomy 31:8
When You Feel Rejected or Afraid Remember
And the Lord, He is the one who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.

Bible Shows Us Signs of the End Times
for Thursday the 20th

Like in Noah's Day People Will Live Not Knowing the End is Near
But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. In those days before the Flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. People didn't realize what was going to happen until the Flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes. (Matthew 24:37-39)

Jesus, name above all names, our chief cornerstone

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. This is the stone which was rejected by the builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

(1st Timothy 1:14-16, Acts 4:11-12)

The seed is the word of God

The seed is the word of God. Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith.

(Luke 8:11, Act 6:7)
